My daughter had her hair colored black and asked the stylist to change it up to an auburn shade, showed her pictures and was done. The stylist did not extract the black from her hair and the result is a two toned mess with red roots and black over the rest. My daughter explained that she wasn’t satisfied and the stylist stated that well of coarse it turned out two shades. Really wishing for a resolution following a $145 color and trim.

My co worker just got her first job newly licensed. I went in 10-4-2029 with virgin level 6 wanting blonde highlights level 9-10 ash blonde. The other stylist were jealous that a newbie got such a big ticket item and all three left for lunch planned at the same time. When I complained I was verbally attacked as if I was blaming my stylist, when all I said was I was shocked no one helped you with this. After 45 min of bleach and only the back done someone came back from lunch. I asked her to help and she said "I'm not gonna help, she needs to learn on her own" I was verbally attacked by the manager and AST. Mgr. They over charged me 70$ and I don't have blonde highlights over virgin brown hair. I have a bad brassy bleach. After being overcharged and verbally tag team attacked I just want my money back. I guess it's good they over charged me cause if I get a refund I'll need all of for color correction. I'll have to fight the full on bleach with low lights for yrs now.

My daughter and I both recieved haircuts at the salon in plattsburgh. We both explained throughly how we wanted our hair cut. It was not done at all how we asked. My daughter walked out crying. They didnt even take any $ off. $72 for 2 regular cuts that were terrible. Ridiculous.. never going there again.

Not worth the price haircut - VERY DISAPPOINTED! I walked in and was told the hair cut is $37 without the blow dry which I agreed to. I spoke to the lady about what kind of hair style I wanted and I had the pictures and she told me she knew exactly what i wanted and didn't want to see the pictures and literally did a 10 minutes 'trim' on my hair and told me I had to pay extra for a blow dry if I wanted to see the actual finish. Let's just say I will NEVER go back there again. Also, she doesn't wash the hair well, gave me a shower pretty much, and I thought I was going to get what I wanted at such a high price, but a trim for $37?!?!

Worst Hair Cut Bad Staff

Went for a hair cut, asked for a bob chin length. She cut it very short one side was layered the other not layered. Two different cuts intentionally done. Asked them to fix the cut so both sides were the same, I was told I would have to come back in a week, not acceptable . How about Thursday..no how about Tuesday..no today. She went a chatted with the only other hair dresser in the building...she agreed but cut it the same way as the first only switched sides! This was done intentionally and this is the worse place you can get your hair cut! THINK TWICE BEFORE YOU GO HERE. This has happened before...they flag your name for what ever small minded reason they have, not very professional.

And of course this article only showed my hair from my other hairdresser. Blonde foils with dusty rose highlights. Not the ones I submitted of what was done to me

I contacted Regis at the Fox Run Mall. I explained to them what I wanted and asked if they would have time to do it. They said yes. I went in and ahead of time said I want *A Heavy Blonde Foil, and after would like to add some light pink highlights. I showed them the picture as seen above which had a dusty rose highlight put in it but after looking at Swatches I thought the pink quartz or a lil lighter if possible was what I wanted to go with. I emphasized so many times my hair is hard to lift to a blonde. I have been going to the same hairdresser for 15 yrs but just moved here so I figured I would try somebody new. I repeatedly said I do not want it brassy or any red/orangey tones to it. Immediately they lstarted trying to sell me products for aftercare. I said I have products at home and if you think you are going to burn it or anticipate any problems I should probably go somewhere else. This consultation was made with the mgr and the lady who was to do my hair.i mentioned to them that I believed my hairdresser calls it a double process but I wasn't sure. I'm not the licensed cosmetologist. So they consulted what they were gonna do and after the blonde would put on a toner before adding the colored highlights. Like I said I'm not a cosmetologist but I do know the brand n color of pink quartz that was supposed to be put on my hair is a toner. Why would you double tone it before seeing the final results if necessary. They said it would be no and to come have a seat. I did. After 4 hrs of sitting there and seeing what was being done to my hair the hairdresser actually told me this could not be done without bleaching out n coloring my whole head blonde when I specifically asked for foils and it was agreed upon hrs before. If you click on the pic of me sitting in her chair that was her result after hrs. My hair was still brown with blot he's Especially in the bangs of some ugly bright pink which was def not the color of the pink quartz Swatch I was shown n told they would be able to even make it a slight bit lighter. I was not happy at all. She asked if I liked it. I thanked her for the time she put into it but did not like it at all. Not even a little bit. Not close to what we even discussed. She used some *** on my hair twice immediately..it was like a California or Hawaiian *** I forgot what she called it. So after this whole process my hair was stripped twice. She offered to stay till close and do it all over again. As you can see my hair was not a heavy blonde foil by any means. I was humiliated because they kept talking about me in the break room behind me. I finally said something. There were only a few girls working. They were all watching me and I was very unconfortable. If I had stayed and had her fix...or a dually do my hair like I asked orinally I was told by two other professional hair stylists n salons that I went to immediately after n explained what just happened n could they help me? They said my hair would've probably all broken or possibly fallen off if I had let her do that right after like she offered. I was told to buy a couple of different things to try to repair my hair before anybody would touch it. Even JC Penney's Hair stylists in the mall would not touch it at all. They said they could start treatments to get it healthy n repair it and after a few visits try adding in a few highlights and continue from there. So for the past month n HF I have been trying to repair my hair feeling horrible about it when I looked in the mirror. Trying to style it so the unevenness of the foils she did would be covered. It has been horrible. The worst experience I have ever had. And I have been scared to try it again. My hair was so healthy when I went in and fragile, frizzy, brassy, n def not blonde when I left. It took 4 hrs to do n sit thru that for what? The girl said she was working at Hair Excitement the next day n I could come in and she would fix it? She had already argued with me about having to bleach my whole head halfway through the process n I was not comfortable with her or going g back into the salon after BN talked about without having the decency to shut the break room door that was right behind me. I am posting this now because if you look at it, it is em arassing when it's dry but worse when it's wet. Look how dark sides are n how uneven of a job she did highlighting it. This is summer. I wanted to be blonde. I didn't want to be so self conscious or unhappy about it. I even contacted my old hairdresser n had her talk to them. She said they were rude, had no consultation skills n she would like to call this manager. I would never suggest this salon to anybody. Wtf Cry Shocked Angry

You have taken Triple Effect Shampoo & Conditioner off the shelf. It is my favorite that really worked for me. I have sensitive skin and since i went thru cancer & radiation the Triple Effect duo really works for me. I have tried other stuff & its just other stuff!! Please bring it back or something really close not just stuff. I 'm tired of experimenting!! :angry

When I got to the shop I showed the stylist a picture of what I wanted and told her specifically that I wanted the neckline feathered. She said she would do that. Well the back was cut strait across and is shorter in the left than the right. It looks like a paint brush. The rest of the pixie looks nothing like the picture I showed her either! Won't go back there ever.

Definitely not contacting them totally pissed off! I will never go back there. She did a horrible job of cutting the back of my hair, she didn’t cut the back evenly , the layers on the left side were significantly longer then the right side!

I am so damn upset and offended by one of the Regis salon employees ( Located in Virginia beach, Lynnhaven mall ). She's an Asian/older lady. I guess she is Filipino, because she asked me if Im Filipino. I said NO. I'm from Taiwan (Taiwanese). She gave me that racist , disdain expression on her face and said to me "" so it's China. Chinese !! "". I was almost lose my *** when she said that to me. I'm Taiwanese not Chinese nor from China. Taiwan isn't part of China. You can say im Chinese or whatever but gave me that kind of expression ????? What gives her the right to disdained me ????? ////////// (2) I gave my hairstylist more tan 20% tips ( cuz she did a good job saved my hair, also friendly ). After she said Thank you to me, the old lady stood beside my hairstylist saw the screen and came close to my face and said """"" I want tips too, give me half """"" . I didnt say a word just smiled back at her then she gave me the disdain look again !!!!!!!!!!!!! Are you freaking kidding me??? Make that kind of joke right after disdained me ? How came Regis salon hired that kind of person whos so disrespectful client and her job ?????

Can’t do short hair cuts

On August 25, 2018 I went to rigassalon I went there because I thoght They cut hair better I had a long hair and I want it short I mean Very short I did not realize they assigned me one the one who doesn’t know how to cut hair it took almost 2 hours and I left with haircut I did not like it I did not want it they told me I can come back and fix it so I came there three days later manager herself was fixing my hair it looked a little better but still did not look the way I wanted it . My hair is dark blonde and you can’t see all the problems so I went to different salon to dye my hair blonde and when my hair was blonde that lady who die my hair ask me Who cut your hair I said at the Regis salon in Clackamas town Center Portland Oregon when she showed it to me it looked terrible on the back of my head there was a deep cut on one side of my head while on the other side of my head it was left long hair very disappointed with that place even a manager herself could not cut my hair the manager is African-American

Regis Salons - Not what I paid for
I just spent $200 for a balyage look and can barely see a difference in my hair. I created an inspiration board and brought it with me and my hair looks NOTHING like any of the photos and Im so disappointed and feel totally ripped off. Ingrid (my stylist) is a wonderful perso n and I adored chatting with her, but for 3.5 hours and over $200 i would not want to go again. What a waste of time and money.

Worse hair cut of my life

Sunday September 16 th I WAS OUT SHOPPING, AND SAW A REGIST SALON AND STOPPED TO HAVE MY HAIR TRIMMED THE STYLIST HACKED IT SO BAD I CAN'T BELIEVE SHE IS EMPLOYED BY YOUR COMPANY . AND CHARGED $32.00 FOR THIS THE MOST UNFRIENDLY SALON I'VE BEEN IN.

SHE NEVER SPOKE I BROUGHT UP THE WEATHER JUST TO SAY SOMETHING TO HER .

I WILL NEVER GO TO A REGIST SALON AGAIN AND I WILL TELL EVERYONE WHERE I WENT .I FEEL LIKE I HAVE TO HIDE OUT TILL MY HAIR GROWS NO ONE SHOULD HAVE TO GET A BAD HAIR CUT LIKE THIS . I got my hair cut there and the beautician cutting my hair did a great job but the manager was condescending towards the beautician and rude and talked down to everyone there including me and made for an unpleasant experience. Poor management, great staff though thanks for the haircut ms Jessica!
