I ONLY CAN SAY; DISCUSTED AND DISAPPOINTED, ive been having to watch and listen to my mother cry and hurt for 4 hours now about her hair cut and basically all the time she spent correcting a horrid haircut years ago and finally getting it back to the desired length, your stylist was specifically told about this and also was asked and told multiple times NOT to cut what she did.I am blown away that your *** company even charged her.

You used to be one of THE top best hair salons about ten years ago but honestly its no ones fault for ours for continusely going back after each bad visit and the fact we know we are only going to the quality of great cuts.

LITERALLY.I WILL NEVER GO BACK AND WILL BE SURE TO PASS THE WORD.

Please immediately contact the author of this review to discuss bad quality of haircut and associated monetary loss in the amount of $34. Regis Salons needs to offer any options to resolve the issue according to poster's claims.

Regis stylist are being paid min. wage because corporate does not value them either.

The stylist simply probably just don't care anymore.

No excuse for what happened but just being honest.
