Regis Salons - I was overcharged $50 and they blamed the mix up on me, the customer.They didn't even say sorry.
I went to pay my bill after my recent haircut. The stylist first used my credit card, but told me it did not go through.
So I paid in cash. After I got home I discovered that I WAS charged on my credit card. I called and they told me to come back. When I got there they argued for me for 20 minutes that I had not been overcharged, even though I brought proof that indeed I was charged twice.
They even accused me of trying to cheat them. Finally, another stylist came into the situation and looked at my receipt and quickly saw that I was correct and returned my money. Finally! You would think they would at least apologize for THEIR error, but NO.
Not even one "I'm sorry for the mistake" or even the extra time I spent in coming back to the salon.
One thing for sure is that I will NEVER return to Regis at Ballston Mall.
