My experience with the Regis Salon that use to be in the City of Orange was always wonderful. But since this location in Orange closed.
My hairstylist Beatriz Guillen (not sure of spelling) was transfered to location @ the Brea Mall. I'm noticing the last few times calling to make an appt with Beatriz aka Betty who ever answers the phone says she is busy or not working & tries to push me to another hairstylist. NOT GOOD! I want Betty only to do my hair because she is great!!
In the Orange location before the closer Betty always worked around her or my schedule to do my hair. I'm not to sure why the Regis Salon in Brea is trying to push me to use another hairstylist & not Betty. I am not the only customer with this complaint. I have two other friends that go to Betty & they have also notice the same thing.
We are willing to work around Betty's schedule in order to have her ONLY do our hair.
I remember calling in the past & had no problem getting an appt with her. WHAT HAPPEN?!
