Twice in April I had an appointment for a haircut. I've been going there for years but since my great stylist left, they can't seem to keep an appointment.
For my 7 April appt, I arrive to discover the stylist was on holiday - no phone call from them, no attempt to reschedule.
For my 29 April appointment, I arrive to find the shop was shut. Complained to manager on 30 April. His response: Sorry.
He made no attempt to offer any compensation or make it right. This is really terrible customer service, they obviously don't care if they keep their customers happy.
