Saturday, Dec.14th, 2008 I had a scheduled appointment, explaining when scheduled...waist length hair, which, I wanted subtle highlights added. I have had this done for 10 years, with a Redkin master....well, the sytlist"Kristina", met me I again said subtle highlights, NO CHUNKING.
I now look like a zebra! They still MADE me pay $133. Customer service, said could "get me in", on Monday, for a fix...but which would require color. They are too busy to "fix it today"!!
So, Please beware...they DON"T understand customer service You'll see me outside warning future customers!
