I've been going to Regis for years and most of my experiences have either been good or neutral. The second to last time I went, the girl who cut my hair cut layers that I didn't ask for into my reverse bob.

I went back yesterday to Christina and clearly mentioned that I wanted to keep the length I had in the front, wanted a more distinct angle, and didn't want the layers to be cut. Somehow she took that to mean that she should find the shortest layer I have and cut all of my hair that short. I lost most of the angle and most of the length I had in the front. I'm not sure what's going on there these days, but be careful - they don't listen to what you want.

My family gets me gift cards ( which makes no sense, since they are paid for out of my account anyway - another issue altogether). I've told them never to buy me another one again and once they are used up, I will never go to that place again!
