Gift card issues

I am having an issue using a gift card that my mother had purchased for your brand at Cost Cutters. I have use the card one time at a Cost Cutters in new Berlin Wisconsin, but had a lot of issues trying to get them to use it. I then was very upset about the way I was treated and did not want to go back to that Cost Cutters, and found another salon Supercuts that was also owned by Regis from my understanding they would except the gift card but when I showed up for my appointment, they said they do not except a gift card although I was told from a previous employee couple days ago that they do except the gift cards I would just like to get my haircut if somebody could please help me find someplace to get my haircut with this gift card that my mother purchased

Regis Salons - I have a serious complaint/ pissed off
Agreed to come in for a consultation for highlighting my hair. We talked and after a test strand I was quoted a fair price and the procedure/steps for the highlight. When I was finished I finally got to see the results I was so discussed because there was no highlights and he did totally something else called a melting. Never what I asked for nor wanted. I wanted highlights and got crap that I paid for. Want my money back

My daughter was supposed to get a cute and highlight.. what she got should be a crime.. she got her hair done for her sweet 16bday party which has since passed . I was supposed to receive a call back in 24-48hours.. that was Wednesday.. here we are Monday at 11am and no call.. my kids hair is trashed she is still a mess and I cant even so much as get a damn call back.. this is beyond ***

Disability discrimination

Regis Salons - Disability discrimination
I was discriminated against on 3-17-2021 because I have a disability and require a service dog for a company to me. I WORK for Walmart back home and have always gotten my hair done at smart style there and have never had an issue. Keep in mind federal ADA has power over state laws they are trying to put words in my mouth saying he I told them training where he is very obviously not and is popular for task work on TikTok and YouTube. The stylist called her manager who both told me that they had a health inspector coming this week and if they saw the dog in the salon, or they found dog hair they would be in trouble. I did sit down in the salon chair for a brief second and had Apollo lay down underneath the salon table where he laid on three clumps of hair. I do not understand as to why dog hair versus human hair is an issue aren't they supposed to clean after every person's hair cut? Furthermore, I have been blocked from commenting or review on their Facebook. I tried to inform them that local health codes don't apply for service dogs!

Safety at your salon in Cocoa, FL #1154

I visited your salon recently where my husband got a haircut and clipper trim. The stylist was sick and coughing all over the place. In this day and age with all of us facing a pandemic, she should have stayed home. She didn't even cover her mouth! I think this is reckless and hazardous behavior by your staff. I hope my husband and I don't come down with COVID. He was feeling bad for days afterward. Only two stylists but the place was not well managed.

Bad experience and rude staff

It was my daughters first time getting her hair colored... and it was her 15th Birthday. The lady didnt explain anything about the coloring process, bring out any color swatches, or ask any questions. 3 hours later, her hair literally had no color in it. After dried I was upset and asked why it was like that. Then she goes well we are out of the color you wanted so I diluted a different color... didnt tell us any of this or talk to us about it at all. So I was upset. My daughter asked her to put more color in. Another hour later (so 4 hours total now) it was definitely a different color, but NOTHING even close to what we wanted. Then to top it off, she goes into the back room and says to another stylist HER PARENTS ARE *** where my daughter could hear her and got upset. So 4 hours for a color that was a disaster and a person insult from a crabby stylist who kept pulling her phone out and txting on it and didnt talk to us at all... cost me $250 I will NEVER be going there again. And honestly that stylist should be fired. She is horrible at hair and a terrible person in general.
